My stag weekend

Getting pressure from mates to sort this out, can anybody suggest a decent place for early September? Ideally warm, cheap and not likely to get nicked by local plod.

you can carry alcohol openly on the street. people get naked for plastic beads, the food is superb, and it is fantastically cheap. The strip clubs are also good.
